These terms cover your use of agentcredential.com, run by Bloom Ventures ("AgentCredential", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
What the directory is
AgentCredential shows license information published by government licensing authorities, as of the date shown on each profile. Sources can be out of date or contain mistakes, and a license can change between our refreshes. Always confirm a license directly with the issuing authority before you rely on it.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any licensing authority. An unclaimed profile does not mean the professional knows about, works with or endorses AgentCredential. We do not rate, rank or recommend professionals, and nothing on the site is legal, insurance, tax or financial advice.
Not for screening decisions
AgentCredential is not a consumer reporting agency. Do not use the site, in whole or in part, to decide anyone's eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws.
Claiming or creating a profile
- You may claim or create a profile only for yourself, and only for a license you hold.
- Information you add must be accurate and yours to share. You are responsible for keeping it current.
- We verify claims and agent-created profiles before they go live, and we may ask for more proof.
- The license details on a profile come from the issuing authority. You cannot edit them; if they are wrong, tell us or contact the authority.
- We may decline, edit or remove anything you add that is inaccurate, misleading or breaks these terms, and we may revoke a claim that turns out to be wrong.
- You can remove your published contact details at any time, or ask us to remove your profile.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the directory, or try to get around limits we put in place.
- Use information from the site to send spam or unsolicited marketing, or for anything unlawful.
- Pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent a license or affiliation.
- Interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or access accounts that are not yours.
Paid features
The directory is free to search, and claiming a profile is free. If we offer paid features for professionals in the future, they will be flat-fee listing or advertising options with their own terms, clearly labeled. We do not take referral fees.
Our content
License data comes from public records. The site itself, including its design, code and the way the data is organized and presented, belongs to AgentCredential. You may link to any profile.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, AgentCredential is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on information shown on the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, if any.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top, and continued use means you accept the new version. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms. Questions: hello@agentcredential.com.
